Coach Roshawn is a former standout soccer player at St. Mary's College of Maryland, where he built a reputation for his technical ability, work ethic, and competitive mindset. His soccer journey began at the youth level with Maryland United before advancing to the D.C. United Academy, where he continued to develop at one of the region's highest levels of competition. Following a successful collegiate career, he signed his first professional contract with the Harrisburg Heat, turning his lifelong passion for the game into a professional career.

With over four years of coaching experience and two years of personal training, Coach Roshawn is dedicated to helping athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field. His coaching philosophy emphasizes technical development, game intelligence, confidence, and creating an environment where players can grow as athletes and individuals.
