Who We Hire
All Total Focus coaches must be:
Former soccer players who competed at least at the collegiate level.
Soccer coaches who can demonstrate and clearly explain technical concepts.
Individuals who are motivated to support the development of players.
People who want to contribute to the growth of the Total Focus philosophy and brand.
