How do I book a session with Total Focus?

To book a soccer training session with Total Focus, kindly contact us to receive access to our private scheduling link. We use Calendly to make the process quick and easy. Once you’re in, you can choose from individual, partner, or group sessions with the coach that best fits your needs!

What age groups do you work with?

At Total Focus Soccer Training & Advising, we train players of all ages and skill levels, ranging from youth athletes just starting out to high school, collegiate, and even post-collegiate players. Training sessions are always tailored to the player’s developmental stage and goals.

What should I bring to my session?

For your session at Total Focus, we recommend wearing turf shoes for the best performance, though cleats or indoor shoes work too. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Extra water is always available. No need to bring a ball. We have you covered. Just show up ready to train, compete, and take your soccer game to the next level.

How are sessions personalized to each player?

Before your first session, we will talk through your goals, strengths, and areas you want to improve. Each training session is then customized to focus on your specific development, whether it is technical skills, decision making, fitness, or position specific work.
