Coach Alex is the Founder & CEO of Total Focus Soccer Training & Advising and a standout player for Annapolis Blues FC. He notched 8 goals and 4 assists in 2024 and was nominated for NPSL Mid-Atlantic Player of the Month. A product of Maryland United, where he earned ECNL All-American honors, he went on to compete at the Division I level with High Point University from 2018–2023, tallying 18 goals and 12 assists and making five straight NCAA Tournament appearances.

Throughout his college career, he earned recognition on the United Soccer Coaches All-Region First Team, Big South All-Tournament Team, and All-Conference Second Team, with an additional Honorable Mention nod. He also played with One Knoxville SC in 2022. Alex is a certified Soccer Performance Analyst and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Coach Alex combines elite playing experience with a data-driven, individualized training approach to help players reach their peak potential.
